USA Cycling Championship

This is the third year that the USA Cycling Championship has been held in Greenville. The course runs over Paris Mountain and passes by our church. Last year we watched from there. The cyclists also pass by just a few blocks from our house on a flat stretch before they begin climbing the mountain. The photo above is taken on the fourth and final pass and includes George Hincapie, second from the left. A couple of weeks ago he was riding in the Olympics and today he is back home in Greenville.
